| Weatherbee Resources, Inc., provides innovative products and services to help hospice programs manage operational and regulatory challenges. Hundreds of hospices use Weatherbee regulatory manuals and have benefited from its specialized consulting services.
Founded in 1997 as Weatherbee Health Education Resources, the company was incorporated in 2001 as Weatherbee Resources, Inc., with the addition of Joy Barry as co-owner and with greatly expanded consulting services.
Weatherbee’s commitment to the hospice industry led to the development of the Hospice Education Network (HEN), launched in 2007. This innovative service, using streaming video technology, is intended to help hospices of all sizes have affordable access to high quality educational programming designed specifically for hospice professionals.
In a further effort to provide hospices with solutions to some of their most challenging problems, in 2008 Weatherbee developed a strategic partnership with two other industry leaders, Deyta, LLC and Multi-View, Inc. to form a separate entity, Hospice Quality Resources, LLC (HQR). The breadth and depth of Deyta's technical expertise, combined with Weatherbee's quality and compliance resources and Multi-View's financial and management tools will enable the development of robust web-based applications that will help all hospices. |
