Pre-Acquisition Clinical Due Diligence

As a result of the lengthy delays associated with obtaining State licensure and Medicare Certification, many people seek to acquire an established hospice rather than start a new program.  Although acquisition may provide a more timely entry into the hospice industry, it is not without its risks.  Therefore, conducting proper and comprehensive pre-acquisition due diligence is essential.
