This product began as CoPs in a Box in 1998, was updated and evolved into CoPs in a Binder in 2001 and became CoPs in a Binder: The Interim Edition in 2005. Since its inception, we have been waiting for new hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation and they are finally here!
