Dr. Terri Maxwell is the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives of Weatherbee Resources, Inc. and the Hospice Education Network (HEN). Terri implements comprehensive strategic plans that are designed to ensure that Weatherbee and HEN remain at the forefront in the development of innovative solutions, products, and services that meet the evolving needs of the hospice and palliative care communities.

In addition, Terri provides consulting expertise and oversees projects focused on quality and compliance. Terri serves as a featured speaker at state and national conferences, a permanent faculty member of Weatherbee’s Hospice Regulatory Boot Camp, and a guest lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania and Villanova University Schools of Nursing on topics related to hospice and palliative care.
