Review policies and procedures as part of the Contract section. Weatherbee’s policies and procedures are CHAP approved;
Review CHAP’s Standards of Excellence as part of the self-study and site-visit readiness;
Assist the hospice to prepare for the site visit including online tasks, records preparation, and inspector workspace;
Guide preparation of the plan of correction;
Draft response(s) to any corrections on the plan of correction; and
Ensure ongoing readiness, continued education and development, and announcement of accreditation.
