Weatherbee Resources is proud to present the Nurse Practitioner Documentation Clinic designed to enhance the Nurse Practitioner's clinical assessment and documentation of the Face-to-Face Encounter. This regulatory requirement is not only a technical requirement for payment, but an opportunity to capture documentation of terminal illness in the clinical record. Documentation excellence surrounding the F2FE not only assists the certifying hospice physician in determination and documentation of clinical eligibility, but also provides a unique lens to "paint the picture" of the hospice patient.

The four-course virtual clinic will be taught by leading hospice experts from Weatherbee Resources, Carrie Cooley, RN MSN and Lauren Templeton, DO HMDC. This education event is specifically designed for your hospice's Nurse Practitioner.

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Relias LLC, Weatherbee Resources and HMDCB. Relias LLC is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCNE), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
3.75 ANCC contact hours will be awarded to participants who meet the criteria for successful completion.
Criteria for Judging Successful Completion: Participants will only receive contact hours if they attend the webinar in its entirety. Partial credit will not be given. Once the activity is over, the participant will be required to complete an evaluation survey online. Once the participant completes the webinar evaluation, a certificate will be available for the participant to print.
